No diaper, mommy!
He is really not into diapers anymore. Whenever we asked him to put on diaper, he will refuse it but we will explain that he has to wear it because we are traveling so far. He's been trained for 2 months now, in the first, second and third day he can't still resist to pee on his sleep wear. I got the chance to motivate him, I said to him that if he pees, his gorgeous brief will be wet so as our bedding. I think it worked! For the record, we saved a lot and he matures a lot!

Oregano for asthma
Dylan got his asthma last October and he was hospitalized that time. It was his first attack and we are not aware of his illness. The doctor advise us to avoid places like farm, smoking areas, heat and pets. The environment was the most factor that made him an asthmatic. So after researches I made, I was at his doctor's clinic when I read a parenting magazine and found out that Oregano can help prevent asthma attacks. And when I got home, tadah!...I ask my mother to plant me some and she got it from our neighborhood. So every morning, I'll make sure to give him Oregano juice.
The recipe for it:
7-10 leaves of Oregano
1 tsp water
Wash the leaves and put it on a pot, add water. Bring it to boil with very low heat. Let it cool and squeeze the leaves. Give it to your child before having any meal or milk every morning.
I find it effective, as for a month try that we don't experience any asthma attacks. The only problem is, the Oregano plant is running out of leaves. Good thing that it is not expensive and there are so many Oregano planted on my neighbor's backyard.

Dylan's first edition of pictorial

There is no perfect picture but capturing a most blessed moments turned out to be perfect! Our baby's growing stages were really captive and we always want to put in on a better memories like pictures and videos. Although we want that to happen but sometimes we can't so just take cute moments whenever our cameras are at hand. I have a lot of cute pictures of Dylan that turned out to be perfect for me! This is is really cute, he looks like a handsome model posting for a billboard! Just some random pictures that we got, he is so in love with taking pictures and posting on camera especially when his mommy ninang took her professional digicam. He really post a lot and projects perfectly, also photogenic at most times!

Here comes again..the pianists
So as a follow up of my recent post, here is a picture of Dylan playing his piano. He really loves his toy, bought it for 1700 at a local mall here in our town. Though it is a little bit expensive, but still it can help him excel his talents and interests. So this piano has a different choices of tones like organ, piano, guitar, drums and you can choose whatever you want. It also has recorded nursery rhymes and has a microphone on it- which of course one of his favorites. So I love to see him when he plays it because it really shows how he loves music. Hope this will go farther and he will really had the hunger for music.

Encourage them to be their best!
Dylan is a very passionate baby when it comes to music. He loves to play his kuya's (cousin kieth) guitar and sing with it. He always shows interests in music and musical instruments. Hubby and I were not good at singing- but my mom is a choir member on her early days and hubby's dad is a videoke master. So we conclude that it runs in the genes, though it passes on us but music don't work on ours, hehe. It's just Dylan who has it in his genes. Whenever he hears a song or hears someone singing, he really shows interests and join them singing or dance with the melody. He is also interest in dancing, esp dance number in showtime (a show in tv). He even knows the songs in commercials and of course he is very interest whenever he sees our church pianist do his mastering. Even hubby and I doesn't have the talent, we want him to be developed as a music lover and we planned late this year or early next year to enroll him in a music school. After all it is really worth the money and effort we spend on his talent and encouragement is the best thing we can do.

Shaolin babies
Chico(left) and Dylan(right) are the two latest addition in our family. Born at the same month (May) and seems to have the same look. With their noticeable eyes- yes got from our Chinese blood hahaha. These two boys are so adorable and we can't wait to see them grow. They have their very distinguish looks, got from their daddies. Chico is the third child of my Ditse and Dylan is my first born son. They really look like shaolins hahaha.
